​ARCS is dedicated to providing professional and confidential counseling services to individuals, couples, families and groups with the goal of helping our clients help themselves throughout life's challenges.  We want our clients to discover inner joy which leads to individual happiness.  We want our clients to achieve and maintain a higher level of functioning, productivity and well-being in their daily lives -- to live a life of hope and fulfillment.  Through excellent, high quality ​mental health care, we can provide you the necessary skills  proven effective to help you create and live a better life. 

I am a patient, insightful, and encouraging therapist with over 20 years of experience in a variety of therapeutic settings. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with clients ages 13 years old up through the adult life span. Client issues I work with range from low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, OCD, couple's counseling (communication skill building), grief & loss, stress and anger management. As a cognitive/behavioral therapist, I thoroughly enjoy working with clients who have a wide variety of issues and concerns. Additionally, I am trained in life coaching and mediation.

As a Life Coach and Mediator, I work with clients in adapting to changes such as divorce, career development, health and nutrition, aging, and marriage enrichment. I would be happy to discuss with you your unique situation and can work with you as a team member to identify concerns, goals, and ideas for achieving them.
